3. LOCAL STORAGE AND NO ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT

The App does not require registration, login, or creation of an online user account.

Supported information, including profile details, vehicle records, service-cart selections, inspection records, emergency-request drafts, preferences, and activity records, may be stored locally within the App's private storage on your device.

Android local-storage technologies such as SharedPreferences may be used for this purpose.

Information stored locally is not automatically uploaded to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC.

Local information generally remains on your device unless you deliberately use a feature that opens another application or external service to send, share, or process information.

Anyone who has authorized access to your unlocked device may potentially be able to access information available through the App.

Android or device backup and restore settings may also affect locally stored App information according to the settings configured on your device.

7. INFORMATION NOT AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED BY OUR BACKEND

The current version of the App does not operate an XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC server that automatically collects your locally stored:

• Profile information
• Vehicle information
• Service-cart records
• Inspection records
• Emergency-request drafts
• Preferences
• Local activity records

The App is not designed to use behavioral advertising or advertising networks.

The App is also not designed to create online user accounts or automatically upload locally stored App records to an XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC backend.

We do not sell personal information.

If the App's features, third-party integrations, or data practices materially change in the future, this Privacy Policy and relevant Google Play disclosures may also be updated.

8. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC does not automatically share locally stored App records with third parties.

Information may leave your device in situations such as when:

• A remote content provider receives standard technical information required to deliver requested content

Uninstalling the App normally removes data stored within the App's private device storage.

However, Android backup or restore features controlled by your device, Google account, manufacturer, or operating-system settings may affect whether certain information can later be restored.

Because the App does not create an online user account or automatically upload local App records to an XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC backend, there is normally no server-side App account that needs to be deleted.

Communications that you voluntarily send to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Delete supported local records
• Clear the App's storage through Android settings
• Uninstall the App

• Choose not to initiate phone, map, browser, or sharing actions

These controls allow you to manage the information stored locally through the App.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC does not knowingly operate an App backend that automatically collects personal information from children through locally stored App features.

If you believe that a child has directly submitted personal information to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC through an email or other communication, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action where necessary.
